摘  要:实施完全学分制教学管理是深化高等教育教学改革的必然趋势,但是长期以来,高校实施的学年学分制教学管理已经形成了诸多定势,必将影响学分制教学管理的实施效果。通过梳理成都体育宵院在传统学年制教学管理基础上探索实施学分制教学管理(即双轨制管理)过程中面临的种种困难和问题以及相应的解决办法,旨在为高校教学管理的改革提供实践参考。To implement the teaching administration of the complete credit hour system is the natural trend of deepening the higher education reform. But for a long time, fix modalities have been formed around the teaching administration of academic year and credit hour system, which will definitely affect the implementing result of the teaching administration of credit hour system. Through an analysis of the various difficulties and countermeasures Chengdu Sport University has in the process of exploring how to carry out the teaching administration of the credit hour system on the basis of the traditional academic year system, the thesis writers aim to provide practical experiences for teaching administration reforms in high learning institution to draw on.
