摘 要:以始旋链霉菌(Streptomyces pristinaespiralis)ZP2为出发菌株,经紫外线(UV)、亚硝基胍(NTG)复合诱变,并结合普那霉素抗性突变株的理化筛选,选育到一株高产突变菌株UN2056,其普那霉素产量达到1490 mg/L,比出发菌株提高了45.7%。传代试验表明该高产突变菌株的高产性能遗传特性稳定。高产突变株UN2056在5 L发酵罐中进行发酵试验,其平均发酵产量达到1645 mg/L,比出发菌株提高了60.8%。After the spore suspension of Streptomyces pristinaespiralis ZP2 was treated by combined mutation with UV and NTG, the pristinamycin resistant mutants were screened, and a pristinamycin resistant mutant UN2056 was obtained. The product of mutant UN2056 reached 1490 mg/L, which was 45. 7% more than that of the parent strain ZP2. The subculture experiments indicated that the hereditary character of high productivity of S. pristinaespiralis UN2056 was stable. The production of mutant UN2056 in 5L fermentor reached 1645 mg/L, which was 60. 8% more than that of the parent strain.
