浮封环热喷涂层的结合强度和耐磨性研究

摘  要:文中采用氧-乙炔火焰粉末喷涂设备,将硬质合金粉末喷涂到浮封环上,在氢气保护下进行了中温处理,对涂层结合强度进行了研究,然后在室温干摩擦条件下,在MRH-5A型环块磨损试验机上对热喷涂层/GCr15摩擦副在耐磨性方面与Q235/GCr15作了滑动摩擦对比试验。Cemented carbide was spayed to floating oil seal by means of the oxygen-acetylene flame powder spraying equipment. With Mid-temperate treatment under the H2 protection atmosphere, the bonding strength of the coating were studied. Under the normal temperature and dry friction condition, wear resistance of the friction pairs between WC-Co Mid-temperature treatment Coating/GCr15 and Q235/GCr15 during rolling friction experiments were contrastly studied on the MRH-SA annulus-block wear testing machine.
