摘 要:自供应链概念提出以来,由于采购在供应链中的特殊地位而引起了人们的广泛关注,采购工作的成功与否,将直接影响到企业的生产和获利能力;所以,为顺应经济全球化和市场需求多变的特性,企业应建立一种协同采购策略,对市场作出快速反应。文中在分析供应链采购特点的基础上,提出了基于CPFR思想的供应链协同采购策略。它能帮助合作伙伴建立比较准确的预测和高效的补给计划,在高水平服务的前提下扩大销售并降低库存。Since the supply chain concept put forward, people pay more attention to purchase because of its special position in the supply chain. Purchase will influence enterprise's producing and profit ability directly. In order to adjusted economic globalization and inconstancy market demand, enterprises should build up a collaborative purchase strategy to make fast reaction to the market. The article analyses the characteristics of purchase based on supply chain and puts forward a strategy of supply chain collaborative purchase based on CPFR. This strategy could support partners to do marketing forecasting and effective replenishment plans; consequently, it could increase sale and reduce inventory under the high level service.
