摘　　要：文化变革是精益生产实施成功的必要条件。通过对适合精益生产的文化内涵研究,明确文化变革的方向。理念的灌输、制度的约束、技术的应用层层推进,是有效的精益文化变革机制。Culture reformation is necessary of implementing lean production.Through the study of culture connotation of lean production,the way of culture reformation can be made sure. The integration of the study of theoretics,the limit of system and the application of technology is the right method of culture reformation.
