摘  要:目前采用的优化控制方法主要是基于优化单一的控制品质,对于整个控制系统而言,仅针对单一控制指标的优化是不全面的。为此,提出了一种控制系统的多目标优化设计方法:从控制系统整体优化角度出发确定控制系统的多个优化目标,并采用粒群优化理论对控制系统的多目标进行优化求解,以获得最优设定值;针对所建立的热工过程的全局模糊模型,提出基于模糊增益调度的受限预测控制策略,确保控制系统具有全局优化的能力。将多目标优化控制方法应用于火电机组的机炉协调控制系统中。经全工况升、降负荷的仿真试验表明,多目标优化控制方法的控制策略不仅能满足机炉整体的多目标要求,而且控制系统具有快速跟踪负荷变化的能力,控制品质优良。The optimized control methods used at present are mainly based on optimizing a single control quality, this isn't complete for the whole control system. For this, a design method for multi -objective optimization of the control system has been put forward, a number of optimizing objects being determined from view point of over all optimization for the control system, and seeking the optimal solution of the multiple objects by using the particle swarm optimization theory, so as to obtain the optimal set values. Directing against the established global fuzzy model for the thermal process, a constrained strategy based on fuzzy gain scheduling has been put forward, ensuring the global optimization ability of the said control system. The multi- objective optimization method has been used in the boiler - turbine coordinated control system of thermal power unit. Through wide range simulation under whole conditions of increasing and decreasing the load, results show that the said control strategy not only can satisfy the overall multi- objective requirements in the boiler- turbine system, but also has good load - tracking property and other control characters.
