摘　　要：学术论文是科研活动进一步深入的必不可少的基础,以全国30个省、自治区、直辖市高校学术论文发表为研究对象,利用随机前沿生产函数计算了2001年至2004年4年间的高校学术论文发表效率。结果表明,随机前沿生产函数可以正确反映学术论文发表效率状况。Academic papers are an essential basis on which to deepen further scientific research activities. In this article, the authors examine the publication of academic papers coming from colleges and universities in all 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in China and calculates, using the stochastic front production function, the publication efficiency of colleges and universities academic papers in the period from 2001 to 2004. The outcome shows that the stochastic front production function can be used to rightly reflect the publication efficiency of academic papers and thus to realize studies on colleges and universities＂ ability in knowledge innovation and transfer.
