摘  要:复杂面形/结构零件的应用范围越来越广,往往一个零件上既有复杂面形也有微小结构。为了实现复杂面形/结构零件的高效加工,分析了快刀伺服加工方式的特点,设计并研制了音圈电机驱动的快刀伺服系统;基于动力学和电磁学分析,建立了快刀伺服系统的传递函数模型,并对控制方法进行了设计;在此基础上,通过实验对快刀伺服系统进行了性能测试,实验结果表明本文所研制的快刀伺服系统具有较高的运动分辨率、定位精度和工作频响,能够作为快刀伺服加工的进刀装置。The application scopes of complex shape and structure units are becoming much wider. The problem is that these units are both complex in shapes and micro in structures. In order to math complex form parts with high efficiency, the characteristics of fast tool servo process were analyzed in this paper, and a fast tool servo (FTS) system was developed, driven by voice coil motor. The characteristics of dynamics and electromagnetics were thoroughly analyzed, the transfer function model of FTS system was founded, and the control method was designed. On the basis of the above work, the performance of FTS system was tested. The result shows that the FTS system works with high resolution, good locating accuracy and high response, and it can act as fast feeding device of tool in fast tool servo process.
