摘　　要：目的探讨临床牙颌面畸治疗中正畸与正颌手术的共生作用。方法在牙颌面畸形的治疗中制定正畸、正颌共同方案,先行术前正畸矫治,然后行正颌外科手术,术后行必要的正畸治疗。结果治疗前后比较,患者面型及功能得到改善。结论在牙颌面畸形的患者治疗中正畸与正颌手术的共生是未来发展的趋势。Objective To evaluate the symbiosis between orthodontics and surgery for the treatment of dentofacial deformities. Methods In the treatment of dentofacial deformities the common scheme combined orthodontics and surgery was formulated. To conduct orthodontic correction before surgery first, then perform surgery and the necessary orthodontic therapy after surgery. Results The patients appearence and function were improved after the treatment. Conclusion The symbiosis between orthodontics and surgery for the treatment of dentofacial deformities is the developing trend.
