摘 要:[目的]了解某卫校学生家庭关系与心理健康关系,为促进学校开展和完善学生心理咨询服务工作提供基础资料。[方法]采用现况调查对某卫校学生家庭关系与心理健康关系进行描述分析。[结果]家庭关系满意、较满意和不满意分别占78.7%,16.2%,5.2%;不健康的仅占2.7%;不同家庭关系的学生心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(χ2=74.52,P<0.05);单因素logistic回归共有12个家庭关系因子有意义(P<0.05,OR>1),非条件多因素logistic分析发现,项:在我的家庭中没有亲近感,我的家庭似乎存在着很多的冲突与裂痕两个因素为危险因素。[结论]该校应加强对青少年心理健康的家庭调控,改善家庭关系,促进青少年身心健康,减少心理障碍的发生。[Objective] To know the situation of family relation and mental health of students and to provide basic data for developing and consummating the job of psychological consultation. [Methods] The cross-sectional survey was used to describe and analyze the relationship between family relation and mental health of adolescents. [Results] There were 78.7% persons who were satisfied for their family relation and 16.2% who were rather satisfied for their family relation and 5.2% who were not satisfied for their family relation. The difference between family relationship and mental health has a statistical significance (X^2 = 74.52, P 〈 0.05). Logistic analysis showed that two stems (I don't feel close to my family; my family has a lot of conflicts) had the negative effects to mental health. [Conclusion] Family relation can impact mental health greatly, so we should strengthen the family regulation of adolescents' mental health to promote their physical and mental health.
