CyclinB1在大鼠肝细胞癌变过程中的异常表达及意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肝细胞癌变过程中cyclinB1的异常表达及其意义。[方法]用0.05%的2-乙酰氨基芴(2-AAF)诱导Wistar大鼠建立肝癌动物模型,应用免疫组化和原位杂交法检测大鼠肝脏在癌变过程中cyclinB1的蛋白和mRNA表达。[结果]正常组8只中cyclinB1蛋白和mRNA表达均正常,肝硬化组16只中有12只cyclinB1蛋白和mRNA过表达,肝癌组11例中有4只cyclinB1蛋白和mRNA过表达。[结论]在3组中cyclinB1蛋白和mR-NA表达一致,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝硬化组和肝癌组的cyclinB1异常表达均高于正常组,而且肝硬化组的cyclinB1异常表达高于肝癌组。[Objective] To study the abnormal expression of eyclinB1 during the changed period of rats＇ hepatocellular eaneeration and its significance. [Methods] 0.05% 2-AAF induced Wister rats＇ hepatocellular carcinoma. The expressions of cyclinB1 protein and mRNA were examined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. [ Results] All in the control group showed normal expressions of cyclinB1 protein and mRNA, 12 of 16 liver cirrhosis cases showed overexpression of cyclinB1 protein and mRNA. 4 of 11 hepatocellular carcinoma cases showed overexpression of cyclinB1 protein and mRNA. [Conclusion] There are no significant differences between the expressions of cyclinB1 protein and mRNA （P 〉 0.05）. The overexpressions of CyclinB1 in fiver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma are higher than that in control group. And the overexpression of cyclinB1 in fiver cirrhosis is higher than that in hepatocelluar carcinoma
