摘  要:目的:研究用微弧氧化表面处理提高钛与瓷聚合体粘结强度的可行性,并对结合机理进行初步探讨。方法:制作Ф10mm×3mm的纯钛铸件24个,SiC水砂纸打磨,60#氧化铝喷砂后分为3组,其中两组在不同电解液中进行微弧氧化表面处理,喷砂组为对照。表面堆塑Artglass瓷聚合体,制备粘结试件,进行剪切粘结强度测试,结果进行统计学分析。结果:微弧氧化处理后在钛试件表面得到粗糙、多孔的TiO2陶瓷膜,并使钛-树脂剪切粘结强度得到显著提高,与喷砂对照组间有显著差异。结论:微弧氧化表面处理后获得的多孔TiO2陶瓷膜有助于提高钛与瓷聚合体间的粘结强度。Objective To investigate the possibility to increase the bond strength of Artglass composite resin to titanium alloy using microarc oxidation (MAO) technique. Methods The 24 titanium discs (Ф10mm×3mm) were cast. After polished with SiC paper and sandblasted with 60^# Al2O3 particles, all specimens of titanium discs were divided into three groups. The two groups were subjected to surface treatment with microarc oxidation technique in different electrolytes respectively, The group of sandblasting was used as control, Then Artglass composite resin was applied onto the surface of specimens and light-polymerized according the direction of manufacturers. The shear bond strength was determined and the results were analyzed by statistics method. Results It showed that a rough and porous TiO2 coating was formed on the surface of titanium discs after MAO treatment. Compared with cotrol group, MAO treatment significantly increased (P〈0.05) the bond strength of Artglass composite to cast titanium. Conclusion The porous TiO2 coating formed with MAO treatment was helpful to improve bond strength of Artglass composite to cast titanium.
