摘 要:拖拉机最终传动的传统设计和常规优化设计方法已有不少论述,但其可靠性优化设计方法未见有文献提及。可靠性优化设计方法既能定量地分析和解决产品在运行中的可靠性,又能使产品的功能参数最优化,是解决复杂设计问题的有效工具。为此,以拖拉机单级外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮最终传动体积最小为目标函数,建立可靠性优化设计模型的方法,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱中比惩罚函数法更优的序列二次规划法(SQP法)求解该模型。优化设计结果表明,这种方法非常可靠和有效。There have already been many papers to study traditional and common optimal design method to design tractor's final transmission, but none is about reliability optimal design method. Comparing with common optimal design method, the reliability optimal design method is more effective to solve the complicate problem because it can not only analyze and solve the working product's reliability quantitatively, but optimize its function parameters. In the paper, the method is studied that how the reliability optimal design model of tractor's final transmission of external single-stage spur gear is built while its minimum volume is taken as the objective function. Then the sequential quadratic programming algorithm of optimization toolbox of MATLAB which is better than the penalty function one is used to solve this model. The optimal results show that this design method is very effective and reliable.
