摘　　要：目的采用非手术方法治疗小儿特殊部位血管瘤，尽可能地减少组织结构的破坏，保持形态功能的完整。方法45例6个月～7岁的唇舌，颊粘膜，腮腺、外阴等部位血管瘤，采用平阳霉素瘤内注射进行治疗。结果痊愈77．8％（35／45），显效17．8％（8／45），有效4．4％（2／45）。结论平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗血管瘤临床疗效好，副作用少，经济方便，值得推广。Objective Nonsurgical management was employed to treat hemangiomas at peculiar site in children,which was in order to decrease the damage to tissue and to keep the integrity of appearance and function as far as possible. Methods Forty-five children aged from 6 months to 7 years old received the intratumoral Pingyangmycin injection who suffered hemangiomas at lip, tongue, buccal mucosa, parotid gland,vulvae,etc. Results The cure rate was 77.8%（35/45）,the predominant effective rate was 17.8% （8/45）, the effective rate was 4. 4%（2/45）. Conclusion Intratumoral Pingyangmycin injection to treat hemangiomas at peculiar site in children had asatisfactory clinical effect with few side effects. This kind of economical and convenient treatment is valuable to generalize in clinic.
