摘  要:以整精米率为研究对象,从精米加工企业的工艺流程设计及设备操作管理等方面分析了影响整精米率的因素及机理,提出了合理设计精米加工工艺流程。研究表明:把好原粮质量关,熟悉砻谷、碾米、抛光等关键设备的正确操作是提高精米加工企业整精米率的有效措施,旨在为精米生产厂家控制整精米率指标、提高企业经济效益提供技术支持。Take polished rice rate as research object ,the paper analyzes factors and mechanism that affect polished rice rate from aspects of the process flow design of polished rice processing enterprises and the management of equipment operation, etc. It puts forward several effective measures on raising polished rice processing enterprises' polished rice rate. These measures include designing polished rice processing technique flow reasonably, making sure the quality of raw grain, being familiar with the proper operation on the key equipment, for example the operation on equipment for hulling, milling, polishing, etc. Provide the technical support to control the polished rice processing enterprises' entire polished rice rate, to enhance the economic efficiency.
