摘 要:随着轿车车身制造技术的发展,车身设计在汽车工业中显得尤为重要。文章着重介绍了白车身的制造技术。CAS/CAD/CAE/CAM的应用,使计算机仿真技术在车身开发过程中建立统一的三维数字模型,缩短了开发时间,方便了对产品的理解和工艺性分析,同时也提高了车身制造模具设计质量。此外,在车身钣金件生产工艺中,激光拼焊和管型材液压成型等新的加工制造技术逐渐推广开来。点焊是采用最为广泛的车身板料的联接方法,但随着车身用材料的发展,原来的点焊不再适合不同材料零件之间的联接。在车身制造中便出现了一些新的零件与零件的联接方法,如自穿铆接及摩擦点焊等,保证了车身组装的质量。With the development of car body manufacturing technology, body design is particularly important in the automobile industry. This article highlights manufacturing technology of the white body. The applications of CAS/CAD/CAE/CAM make computer simulation technology establish a tinified three-dimensional numerical model in the development process. It not only shortens the development period of products as well as facilitates the understanding as well as technological analysis, but also enhances design quality of body manufacture mould. Moreover, in the production of body panel, the new manufacturing technologies, such as laser welding and tubular hydro forming, have become more popular. Spot welding is the most widely used in the connection of body panel. However, with the development of connection methods of auto body materials, the spot welding is no longer suitable for the connection of parts in different materials. There are some new connection methods between parts in different materials, including serf-piercing riveting and friction stir spot welding (FSSW), which guarantee the quality of body assembly.
