摘 要:在车身方面,电动汽车的开发与传统汽车基本相同。现建立某自主研发电动汽车白车身的有限元模型,并在保证车身结构力学特性的前提下,对白车身结构进行简化。通过对该有限元模型进行自由模态分析,得到白车身的各阶模态频率和模态特性,与实验模态结果进行对比分析,同时评价该白车身动态特性。结果显示,该车身的模态可以评价为中等,局部结构需要改进,以得到更好的白车身模态。The development of electric vehicle or traditional car is basically the same in the body. The FEA model of body-in- white of an independent development electric vehicle is established ,and the body's structure is simplified with ensuring mechanics characteristics of body structure. Modal frequency and modal characteristics of each steps of body-in-white are obtained through the free modal analysis of this FEA model, and they are compared with the result of the experimental result to evaluate the body's dynamic characteristic. The results revealed that the body modal can be evaluated moderately and local structure needs to be improved so as to obtain better body medal.
