摘　　要：针对传统的实验教学模式的局限性,提出了建立以培养学生全面实验素养为导向的新型实验教学模式的思路。并介绍了笔者在教学中的改革尝试,包括以自主性学习为基础,采取小组合作的组织形式,实施过程性评价三个方面。In order to purpose and function, improve the quality of experimental teaching of Pharmacy an innovative mode of experimental teaching which aims at , addressing the limitation of its cultivating students＇ experimental skills in an all-round way was put forward. It has three key points： autonomy learning, group cooperation, and process-oriented evaluation.
