摘 要:广告英语作为一种应用语言,它有着自己独特的语言风格和特点。广告英语用词优美独到,句法洗练而内涵丰富,以最简单的语言表达最复杂的意义,打动人心,激发人们的购买欲望。作为广告英语的翻译就更是一门科学,一门艺术。本文结合广告英语的特点,探讨在目的论翻译理论指导下如何达到翻译广告英语的三条原则,即忠实性、吸引性和可接受性,从而在广告翻译实践和广告翻译理论之间建起一座沟通的桥梁。As an applied language,advertising English has its own linguistic style and features.Its language is original and beautiful and full of connotations.Its sentence structure is succinct.Advertisements use the simplest language to express the most complex meanings,to stimulate people's desire for shopping.Therefore,the translation of the advertising English is a kind of science,a kind of art.According to these features of advertising English,the author makes a careful study of how to apply functional translation theory to the practical E/C advertising English to achieve the three principles: being royal,attractive and acceptable.Therefore,this article will try to build a bridge between the principles and the practice.
