摘 要:目的探讨正常人运动状态下膝关节侧方稳定性。方法对66例正常人应用膝关节侧方加速度传感器、足底压力传感器、膝关节角度传感器等,同步测得膝关节运动中的三条曲线,并对三条曲线进行分析。结果在每个步态周期中,膝关节有正负侧方加速度曲线波2条,在步态曲线上选定的六定点,测得其值与性别、侧别、年龄无统计学意义。结论分析膝关节侧方稳定性曲线为膝关节的功能判定、疾病诊断、疗效观察提供了新的检测手段及有重要参考意义的数据。Objective To study human lateral knee joint stability movement.Methods 66 normal persons were tested with acceleration sensors on their lateral knee joints,pressure senors on their solds,angle sensors on their medial knee joints,then 3 curves of double knee joints during movent were gotten and these curves were analyzed.Results In each gait cycle,knee joint had 2 polsitive and 2 negative acceleration waves respectively.At the gait cycle, 6 points were selected,which had no statistics significance with sex,side,age.Conclusion To analyze the curves of knee joint side stability can get important data for function determination,diagnosis,curative effect, which supply a new testing method.
