摘　　要：康有为是近代历史上一位既开放又保守的思想家,一直在新与旧之间徘徊,他一面饥不择食地吞咽西方文化,希望吸收西方先进科技与文化为我所用,另一方面又不能从传统文化的心理模式中走出来,力图维持中国传统的"纲纪法度"和"伦理名教"而守住内心的精神依托,从对传统的批评又回到对传统的眷恋。Kang Youwei is a thinker with both open and conservative ideas in recent history. He was perplexed between tradition and new stuff. While he introduced all the advanced western technology and culture, he tried to keep traditional social law and Confucian ethical code to stick to the traditional Chinese culture. Thus, he sentimentally attached to Chinese traditions backing from criticism of it.
