北美刺人参挥发油的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对北美刺人参茎皮挥发油的化学成分进行分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用程序升温法对挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。结果:共鉴定28个成分,占挥发油总成分的99.94%以上,其中主要成份为3,7,11-三甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯-3-醇(66.5%)和4,8-二甲基-1,7-壬二烯-4-醇(26.33%)。Objective ： To analyse chemical components of volatile oil from stem bark of Oplopanax horridus. Methods ： The volatile oil was extracted from O. horridus by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Results： 31 compounds were separated from the essential oil and 28 of them were identified by GC-MS analysis, indicating the major components of the oil were 3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6,10-dodecantrien-3-ol （66.55%） and 4,8-dimethyl-1,7- nonadien-4-ol （ 26.33% ）.
