摘　　要：[目的]探讨手法康复对偏瘫病人运动功能的影响。[方法]选取80例脑卒中肢体偏瘫病人并随机分为康复组和对照组各40例,两组病人均接受脑卒中病人的常规治疗,对康复组病人同时实施康复训练。[结果]康复训练后,康复组病人运动功能明显优于对照组。[结论]在脑卒中病人生命体征稳定后,及早正确地运用手法康复训练,对恢复肢体功能、提高生活能力有重要的意义。Objective： To probe into the influence of chirismus rehabilitation on motor function of hemiplegia patients. Methods： A total of 80 cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into rehabilitation and control group each with 40 cases. All cases of the two groups accepted routine treatment. Based on that, rehabilitation training was carried out for rehabilitation group cases. Results： After rehabilitation training, the motor function of rehabilitation group cases was much better than that of patients in control group. Conclusion： After vital signs of cerebral apoplexy patients being stabilized, to carry out chirismus rehabilitation training as early as possible is very important for both the recovery of extremities function and the enhancement of living ability of patients.
