摘 要:近几年,少数民族贫困地区女童教育研究转向了对大龄女童(10~12岁)辍学问题及辍学的多因素综合治理方面。少数民族大龄女童辍学率高,主要原因是她们已经成为家里的劳动力或后备劳动力。通过她们的劳动或外出打工来支撑贫困的家庭及继续弟妹的学业。农村实行“两免一补”政策后,这一问题有了一定的缓解,但不能从根本上解决。为此,建议通过设立民族教育发展专项基金或发展特区的政策,从根本上解决民族教育的这一难点问题。In recent years, studies on education for girls in ethnic minority poverty-stricken areas have focused on the problem of school dropouts of adolescent girls (10-12 years old) as well as comprehensive treatment of various factors leading to school dropouts. The high rate of school dropouts of adolescent girls is mainly caused by the fact that they have become laborers or would-be laborers of their families. In order to support their poor families and help their younger brothers and sisters continue study, they have to do farm work or go out to work. The implementation of the policy of "Two Exemptions and One Subsidy" (exemption of schools fees and subsidy for dormitory fee) has solved this problem to some extent, but not totally. So, it is suggested that the problem be solved through establishing special fund for developing ethnic education or carrying out policies for developing special zones.
