摘　　要：目的探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)及内镜治疗对胆道疾病的诊断和治疗价值。方法对50例接受检查及治疗性ERCP患者资料进行总结分析。结果ERCP成功率100%,患者临床症状改善,没有严重并发症。结论ERCP对于胆道疾病的诊断明确可靠;内镜治疗效果好,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss ERCP and endoscopic therapy in diagnosing and treating biliary diseases. Methods 50 cases underwent ERCP and some of them were given endoscopic therapy. Results ERCP was successfully performed in all of the cases. Satisfactory treatment was achieved in all with no severe side effect. Conclusion ERCP is reliable in diagnosing biliary diseases and endoscopic therapy is of considerable value and should be promoted in clinical application.
