摘 要:介绍了水解酸化+SBR处理啤酒废水的工艺特点,为揭示生物处理反应器中活性污泥的微生物种群多样性,从水解酸化池中不同深度与SBR池运行不同时期提取活性污泥样品,通过基因组DNA的提取、PCR-DGGE联用技术初步分析了各反应池中的细菌种群多样性。优势条带割胶纯化后,进行16SrDNA序列测定,并通过与NCBI基因库比对,结果显示,多数细菌种类具有污染物降解的生态功能。An engineering technology treating brewery wastewater was introduced. In order to investigate the microbial community in these two biological reactors, sludge samples of different depth in hydrolyze-acidification tank and samples of different disposal period in SBR tank were collected. The total DNA was directly extracted from activated sludge. PCR and DGGE were used to amplify and separate 16S rDNA of each bacterium, and the variety of bacterial community was shown in the DGGE pattern. The sequences of 16S rDNA DGGE fragment of two reactors were determined through comparison in Genbank (NCBI), and closely identified relatives in Genbank separated from polluted environment were degrading strains with important ecology function.
