摘  要:介绍了静力隐式弹塑性有限元板料成形软件的基本理论和关键技术.在板料成形时,翻边拉深复合变形零件的成形规律比单一拉深变形零件的成形规律更难以预测.采用MSC.Marc软件对翻边拉深复合变形零件的冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,详细分析了零件关键特征区域材料的应力、应变、厚度分布和成形极限的模拟结果,并将板料厚度的模拟结果与实际测量结果进行了比较.结果表明,应用数值模拟技术可以预测复合变形拉深零件的起皱、破裂、回弹等缺陷,减少反复试验的次数,提高成形零件的质量.The elastic-plastic finite element method and key technologies based on static implicit scheme for the simulation of the forming process of sheet metal were introduced. The forming conditions of flangingdrawing workpiece are more difficult to predict than single drawing one. This paper simulated the forming procedure of a typical flanging-drawing workpiece via the FE software MSC. Marc and analyzed the stress, strain, thickness distribution and forming limitation of four key regions. The thickness distribution of the simulation and experiment show fairly good agreement. The results indicate that the numerical simulation can forecast the shortcomings of flanging-drawing workpiece , such as wrinkle, split and spring-back, and optimize the die and forming process. The trial can be decreased or even be canceled, and the forming quality can be improved greatly.
