摘　　要：简要分析了图书馆员自身的和谐以及图书馆员之间工作关系和谐的内涵,针对图书馆员工作关系中存在的一些问题,强调了图书馆员发扬团队精神的重要意义。This paper analyzes the connotations of the harmony of the librarians themselves and the harmonious working relation among the librarians, and in the light of some problems existing in work relation of librarians, and in the light of the problems existing in the working relation among the librarians, emphasizes the important significance of carrying forward the team spirit by the librarians.
