摘　　要：结合德州学院实际,分析了新建地方院校实验室人力资源存在的问题,探讨了加强实验室人力资源建设和管理的对策。Connecting with the practice of Dezhou College, this paper analyzes the problems existing in laboratory human resource in new-buih local college, and probes into the countermeasures for strengthening the construction and management of laboratory human resource.
