摘　　要：阐述了Web2.0的概念、特点、组成与应用,论述了走向Lib2.0的必然性及Lib2.0新理念的实现途径,并提出了一些创新设计。This paper expounds the concepts, characteristics, components and applications of Web2.0, discusses the necessity of going to the Lib2.0 and the paths for realizing the new ideas of Lib2.0, and advances some innovation designs.
