胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者手术前后血液CEA mRNA和TA变化的意义

摘　　要：目的:评价检测胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血液中癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸(CEA mRNA)和端粒酶活性(TA)对评判胃肠癌手术效果和预后的意义。方法:胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者77例(肿瘤组)和良性胃肠道疾病患者64例(对照组),分别应用逆转录-套式-聚合酶链反应及端粒末端重复序列扩增-杂交-酶联免疫检测两组患者血液标本的CEA mRNA及TA。结果:肿瘤组患者外周血CEA mRNA和TA的阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),肿瘤患者术后外周血CEA mRNA和TA的阳性率明显降低(P<0.01);CEA mRNA和TA阳性者的术后复发率明显高于阴性者(P<0.01)。结论:动态监测血液CEA mRNA和TA对评判胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术效果与预后具有较高的价值。Objective：To study the value of detecting carcinoembryonic antigen mRNA （CEA mRNA） and telomerase activity （TA） in blood of gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor patients for evaluation of operating effects and prognosis.Methods：77 gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor patients （tumor group） and 64 non-tumor digestive system diseases patients （control group） were detected in this study.Reverse transcriptase-nested primers-polymerase chain reaction and telomeroc repeat amplification protocol-hybridism-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were respectively used to detect CEA mRNA and TA in blood.Results：The positive rate of CEA mRNA and TA in blood of tumor group were obviously higher than control group （P 〈 0.01）;After operation,the positive rate of CEA mRNA and TA in blood were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01）;The recurrence rate of CEA mRNA and TA positive patients after operation was obviously higher than negative patients （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions：Detecting CEA mNA and TA in blood dynamically had higher value for evaluation of operating effects and prognosis of gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor.
