摘　　要：以参加2007年全国第八届大学生运动会健美操赛的20支健美操队为研究对象,运用文献资料、分析比较、录像观察等方法对参赛队伍情况,技术特点,分析与探讨比赛中存在问题以及全国省市健美操竞争格局,对全国高校健美操现状和发展态势提出一些理论性的见解和建议。Twenty teams of The 8th Universites Games of people＇ s Republic of China Aerobics were regarded as research object. By using the method of documentation, analysis and compare and kinescope observation, teams＇ condition and technique charcateristics were analyzed, some existing problem of match and college callisthenics competition situation were discussed, some theoretical idea and advice on present condition and development trends were brought out.
