摘 要:虚拟样机技术是现代集成制造系统领域新兴的前沿技术,也是复杂战场环境下空空导弹性能分析和数字验证的主要技术手段。文中针对空空导弹虚拟样机建模的三个主要方面:建模原则、功能作用、关键技术展开论述,提出了层次化、模块化、标准化的建模原则,适应产品全寿命周期的功能设计及快速原型样机技术、面向对象的模型库技术等主要关键技术,最后对虚拟样机的发展趋势进行了展望。Virtual prototyping is not only the new burgeoning technology in the field of contemporary integrated manufacturing system, but also the main manner to simulate and analyze air-to-air missile under complex battlefield conditions. In the paper, three main aspects for the air-to-air missile virtual prototype modeling were focused on.. modeling principles, functions and key technologies. The stratified, modularized and standardized modeling principles, the functions designed for the overall life circle and the key technologies, such as rapid prototyping and Object Oriented model-base etc. were proposed. Finally, the developing trend of the virtual prototyping was previewed.
