急性高眼压对兔视网膜钙—ATP酶、苹果酸脱氢酶的影响

摘  要:用酶组织化学法观察兔急性高眼压后视网膜钙—ATP酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、乙酸胆碱酯酶和5’—核普酸酶活性的变化。结果:钙—ATP酶、苹果酸脱氢酶活性降低,这种变化在高眼压后持续30天,以第7天至15天最明显,提示急性高眼压可致视网膜能量代谢障碍,而对核酸代谢及胆碱能神经传导方面影响较小。The changes of activities of Ca++-Adenosine triphosphatase, Malate dehydrogenase Acetylcholnesterase and 5' -Nncleotidase ln rabblt's retina after acute ocular hypertension are observed by means of quantitive enzymatic histochemisty. The result shows that activity of Ca++ - Adenosine triphosphatase, Malate degydrogenase decreased. These changes are continued to 30 days after ocular hypertension and are marked at 7 to 15 day. The change reveals an impediment of energy metabolism in retinal tissue after ocular hypertension. There are less influence of acute ocular hypertension on nucleic acid metabolism and conduction of cholinergic nerve.
