全喉切除气管食管盖瓣式造瘘发音重建术

摘　　要：对11例晚期喉癌患者施行全喉切除气管食管盖瓣式造瘘发音重建术，术后7例发音良好，3例发音较费力，1例瘘口闭塞不能发音。本手术操作简单，成功率高。基本上解决了误咽问题，本文并对手术有关问题进行了重声、讨论。This article reports 11 cases of advanced laryngocarcinoma who are carried out tracheoesophageal covervalviform fistulization and phonic reconstruction after total laryngectomy. After these operations, 7 cases are lamprophony, 3 cases are dysphonia,and the last one is aphonia because of fistula obstruction. These operations have advantages such as easy manipulation, high Success rate and having ove come the problem of error swallowing essentially. Some correalated questions about these operations are also discussed in this date.
