摘　　要：农产品品质无损检测是保证农产品质量和安全的一种新兴的高科技技术,本文介绍了常用的无损检测方法,综述了无损检测技术在不同农产品的品质检测中的应用,提出了未来的研究方向。Nondestructive detection to quality testing of agriculture products is a new high-technology which guarantees the quality and safety of agriculture products. This paper presents the significant methods of nondestructive detection,and reviews the applications of nondestructive detection to quality testing in different agriculture products, then identifies areas for further research.
