摘 要:弧焊是船舶制造中采用的关键生产技术,它在很大程度上影响船的制造周期和成本。近年来,为了进一步提高焊接效率,各国在传统型造船高效焊接技术的基础上,大力发展更为高效的弧焊焊接设备与方法,其中主要有高效船舶机器人焊接、船舶双丝气电立焊、船舶多丝弧焊和船舶激光-电弧复合焊接。虽然我国已成为世界第三造船大国,但在造船领域与国际先进技术的差距仍是巨大的,必须跟踪国际先进水平发展的动向,使高效弧焊焊接成为我国船舶发展的必然趋势。Arc welding is the key technology in shipbuilding production,it largely affects the manufacture cycle and cost.In order to further improve the welding efficiency,countries develop more efficient arc welding equipment and technology on the basis of traditional efficient welding technology in shipbuilding in recent years.It mainly includes robot welding,tandem electrogas welding,multi-wire welding and laser-arc hybrid welding.Although China has become the third largest shipbuilding country in the world,the technological gap between China and advanced country in shipbuilding is huge.We must follow international advanced technology to apply highly efficient arc welding technology in China's shipbuilding.
