摘 要:目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白1HMGB1)和生长因子受体Ⅲ,EGFrvⅢ)在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与乳腺癌临床特征的关系.方法用免疫组织化学染色法分别对48例术前未行放化疗的乳腺癌患者手术后的蜡块标本及16例癌旁组织进行HMGB1和EGFrvⅢ检测.结果肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中HMGB1阳性率分别是75.0%(36/48)和6.3%(1/16),EGFrvⅢ表达的阳性率分别为70.8%(34/48)和0%(0/16),肿瘤组织及癌旁组织之间的阳性率均有统计学意义,HMGB1表达与EGFRvⅢ表达正相关.结论HMGB1和EGFrvⅢ在乳腺癌发生发展中起重要作用,HMGB1与EGFrvⅢ联合检测对预测乳腺癌发展及预后评价有重要意义.Objective To evaluate the expression of HMGB1 and EGFr v III and to investigate the correlation of HMGB1 and EGFr v III with clinical characteristics in breast cancer. Methods The expression of HMGB1 and EGFr v III was investigated by the immunohistochemical method in specimens of 48 patients with breast cancer without the history of radio therapy or chemotherapy. The control group was 16 cases tumor nests adjacent tissue. Results The positive rate of HMGB1 expression was 75.0% (36/48) and 6.3% (1/16) in breast cancer and tumor nests adjacent tissue respectively. The positive rate of EGFr v III exression was 70.8% (34/48) and 0% (0/16) respectively, here were significant differences between the breast cancer and tumor nests adjacent tissue. HMGB1 and EGFr v III had positive correlation with breast cancer. Conclusions HMGB1 plays important role in breast cancer. Detection of HMGB1 and EGFr v III plays some guiding roles in prognosis and following therapy of breast cancer.
