摘　　要：籽瓜是重要的经济作物之一，籽瓜瓤和皮中均含有丰富的营养成分，利用瓤和皮等废弃物开发籽瓜系列产品具有十分广阔的市场前景。本文主要阐述了籽瓜产品的开发研究现状以及研究中存在的问题，为进一步深入研究籽瓜系麴产品和加速其商品化进程提供依据。Seed-using watermelon is one of the important economic crops. The skin and flesh of watermelon are rich in nutrition elements. The seed-using watermelon products such as flesh and skin products have broad market. The present situation and existing problems of seed-using watermelon products was introduced in this paper. It provided basis for further research and commercialization.
