摘　　要：目的了解喉癌患者术后恢复期的生活质量,探讨心理干预对喉癌患者生存质量的影响。方法采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织研制的生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30),对46例喉癌患者进行生活质量测量和评价。结果心理干预前后患者生存质量差异有统计学意义。结论喉癌患者术前、术后存在不良心理状态。Objective： To explore the effects of mental nursing on the quality of life in patients with laryngocarcinoma after the operations. Methods EORTC QLQ-C30 was used to determine the quality of life in 46 patients before the operations and 3 months after the operations. Results There were significant differences in the quality of life in patients before and after mental nursing. Mental nursing can improve the life quality of laryngocarcinoma patients.
