摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin基因在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达和意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测62例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中,Survivin蛋白表达均为阴性;Survivin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中阳性表达率为56.5%(35/62),肿瘤不同分级中随恶性程度的增高,表达增高,Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),不同临床分期中随分期的增高,表达增高,Tis～T1与T2～T4比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Survivin在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin expression in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma（TCC）. Methods The expression of Survivin was studied in 10 cases of normal urinary bladder tissues and 62 cases of bladder TCC by S-P immunohistochemisty. Results Survivin was negatively expressed in the normal urinary bladder tissues. Survivin was positively expressed in 56. 5% of cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma. The expression of Survivin was positively correlated to the histological grade： there were significant differences of the expression of Survivin between the grade Ⅰ and Grade Ⅲ ,and between the Tis -T1 and T2 -T4 （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Survivin may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and progress of the bladder TCC.
