摘　　要：目的了解不同职称的医师心理健康与应对方式情况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对90名持有职业医师资格证的医师按照专业技术职称高低分高职组、中职组、初职组3组进行调查,结果采用SPSS 12.0进行统计处理,并进行组间对比分析。结果医师总体上在人际敏感、焦虑、敌对3个因子上得分较高,高职组心理健康程度要比中职组、初职组好,统计学检验P<0.05或P<0.01;高职组和中职组应对方式均趋于积极,初职组趋于消极,统计学检验P>0.05。结论医师的工作压力大,医患矛盾突出,导致医师敌对情绪明显,但还能用较为积极的方式应对。Objective Understand doctor＇s mental health of different title with reply a way circumstance.Methods Using the SCL-90 and SCSQ to living to 90 famous doctors a high low mark according to the title is：Deluxe set,medlum class set,entry-level 3 sets set carry on inquisition,effect adoption the SPSS. 12 carry on statistic sing a processing,and carry on the contrast analysis of the set and set.
