摘  要:目的:探讨Id-1和P53在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测80例浸润性导管癌中Id-1和P53蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果:80例浸润性导管癌组织中Id-1和P53蛋白表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关,P<0.05。Id-1与P53表达正相关,P<0.05。80例浸润性导管癌患者经Cox回归分析,Id-1和P53同时阳性表达是高危险因素,P<0.05。结论:Id-1和P53蛋白的表达在乳腺癌的复发、转移过程中起重要作用。Id-1和P53蛋白同时表达可作为预测乳腺癌预后不良的参考指标。Objectives To explore the expressions of Id-land P53 in invasive ductal carcinoma and their significance. Methods The expressions of Id-land P53 were detected by immunohistochemical method with the Envision system in 80 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma and their clinicopathological significance was evaluated. Results The expressions of Id-1 and p53 in invasive ductal carcinoma were significantly correlated with the TNM classification and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05). Id-1 expression correlated markedly with P53 expression (P 〈 0.05). Cox regression showed that co-expressions of Id-land P53 proteins was a high risk factor for invasive ductal carcinoma (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Id- land P53 proteins play an important role in the genesis and metastasis of invasive breast carcinoma. Co-expressions of Id- land P53 may be used as an indicator for poor prognosis of invasive ductal carcinoma.
