摘　　要：论述进行企业人力资本培训投资收入预测的意义。阐述企业人力资本培训投资收入的涵义,提出一线生产工人培训投资收入的类比预测模型和专家预测模型,以及技术人员和管理人员培训投资收入的类比预测模型和专家预测模型。To discuss the meaning of forecasting investment income of training of human capital is enterprises. To give the meaning of the investment income of training of human capital. The analogy forecasting model and expert forecasting model used to forecast the investment income of training of production workers are put forward. The analogy forecasting model and the expert forecasting model for technical staff and managers are also put forward.
