摘 要:目的:比较手用ProTaper各号锉在预备S形根管中对根管弯曲度的影响。方法:选用10个S形树脂模拟根管,分别用手用ProTaper的各号锉预备,根据预备的最终器械号不同分为S1组,S2组,F1组,F2组和F3组。采集每一根管每一号器械预备前后的图像,测量弯曲度及第一弯曲的止点第二弯曲的起点C的坐标,记录第二弯曲度的保留率,重叠各号器械预备前后的根管图像以观察各号器械预备过程中切削的部位。结果:S1组弯曲度显著小于未预备组(P<0.001),F1组弯曲度显著小于S2组(P<0.001),F2组弯曲度显著小于F1组(P<0.001),F3组弯曲度显著小于F2组(P<0.001),只有S1组和S2组弯曲度无显著差异(P>0.05)。第二弯曲的保留率在S1和S2组均为100%,F1组为30%,F2和F3组为0。C点的坐标变化曲线呈一向第一弯曲外侧倾的"V"字。结论:手用ProTaper镍钛根管预备器械在预备重度弯曲细小的根管过程中有明显的根管拉直现象,且主要始于F1预备后。AIM:To compare the affect of files of different size of hand - used ProTaper to the canal curvature in preparation of S - shaped simulated root canal. METHODS : Ten S - shaped simulated root canals were used. Every root canals prepared by every file of hand - used proTaper. They were devided into group S1 ,S2, F1, F2 and F3. The canals prepared by S1 were in the group S1, prepared by $2 were in the group S2, et al. Taking pre - and postin- strumented images of every root canal prepared by every file of ProTaper by stereomicroscope. Curvatures and the coordinate of point C, which is the end of primary curve and the begin of secondary curve, were measured. The retention rate of secondary curve, superimposing pre - and postinstrumented images of every root canals prepared by every file of proTaper, were recorded, to observe the instrumented position of every file. RESULTS: A significant difference was found between unprepared group and group S1, group S2 and F1 ,group F1 and F2,group F2 and F3, except between group S1 and S2. The retention rate of secondary curve in group S1 ,S2,F1 ,F2,F3 were 100% , 100% , 30% , 0 ,0 respectively. The curved line, linking the coordinates of point C, likes a "V" toward the outer of the primary curve. CONCLUSION: the straitening phenomenon was evident in preparation of S - shaped canals with hand - used Pro- Taper, and occurred mainly after instrumentation by F1 file.
