摘  要:目的:以空间可利用度来评价3种侧压器的侧压效果。方法:将树脂模拟根管24个分为3组。用登士柏不锈钢侧压器,康特镍钛侧压器和上海埃蒙迪镍钛侧压器完成3组根管的充填。记录侧压器与辅尖插入的深度及计算空间可利用度。用SPSS10.0统计软件作方差分析。结果:3种侧压器的空间可利用度之间有显著差异(P<0.05),上海埃蒙迪镍钛侧压器空间可利用度最高,登士柏不锈钢侧压器次之,康特镍钛侧压器最差。结论:侧压器插入的深度与空间可利用度两者结合起来评价侧压器的侧压效果将更加准确。AIM: To evaluate the condensation of three types of finger spreader by the rates of accessory gutta - percha occupying the space made by spreaders( RGOS). METHODS : 24 plastic blocks with four 25°curvature root canals were divided into three groups. The depth of spreaders and accessory gutta - percha insertion were meas- ured. The RGOS of three types of spreaders were computed . The results were analyzed by SPSS10.0. RESULTS: The RGOS of nickel - titanium finger spreaders ( IMD, China) was significantly higher than others, and the lowest RGOS was made by nickel - titanium finger spreaders ( Coltène/Whaledent Inc, USA) ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: In order to evaluate spreaders exactly, RGOS and depth of spreader insertion ought to be used together.
