摘　　要：节能减排现已成为我国经济社会发展的一项重要而紧迫的任务。涂料、颜料行业污染源产排污系数核算子课题研究正是为配合第一次全国污染源普查而开展的一项具有重要意义的工作。此项课题研究的完成,对掌握我国涂料、颜料企业污染物排放的控制及企业的规范化管理、行业的环保升级起到了促进作用。Energy saving and pollution discharge reduce now have been the important and urgent tasks in the development of economic society. In order to assist the first national survey about pollution resource, we have implemented the production/ pollution discharge coefficient accounting sub-project of pollution resources in coatings and pigment industry. Now the subproject has been done, and it will help control the pollutant discharge in coatings and pigment industry, promote the standardized management of enterprises and environment-protection upgrade of the industry.
