摘　　要：目的:通过测定系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)外周血淋巴细胞上清液(PBLS)中细胞因子(IL-2、TNF-a、IFN-g、IL-4)水平,探讨系统性红斑狼疮的发病机制,机体内免疫系统失衡的机理,及上述几种细胞因子对SLE的诊断价值。方法:酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测淋巴细胞培养上清液(PHA刺激前后)中IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ及IL-4水平。结果:SLE患者淋巴细胞培养上清液中IL-2水平与正常对照组比较明显降低;TNF-α水平与正常对照组比较略有降低;IFN-γ水平与正常对照组比较明显降低;IL-4水平与正常对照组比较轻度升高。结论:SLE患者体内存在Th1/Th2细胞因子的比例失衡,即产生Th1型细胞因子减低,产生Th2型细胞因子的细胞增加,Th1/Th2比例向Th2极性偏移。Objective： Determining the levels of the cytokine （IL-2,TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-4） in peripheral blood lymphocytes supematant among the patients with SLE, in order to investigate the pathogenesis of SLE and the mechanism of imbalance in immune system, and identify their diagnostic values. Methods： The levels of the eytokine in lymphocyte culture supematant were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and PHA stimulation from beginning to the end. Results; Compared with the normal control, the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the lymphocyte culture supematant of the patients were significantly decreased, TNF-α was slightly decreased, and IL-4 was slightly increased. Conclusion： The ratio of Th1/Th2 eytokine imbalance exists in SLE patients, which reduces Th1-type cyto-kines and increases Th2-type cytokines, the ratio of Th1/Th2 deflects to Th2.
