摘　　要：德国特色的社会市场经济与经济秩序伦理有着本质的内在联系:(1)德国的社会市场经济有其文化传统根源和历史成因,强调国家在建树经济秩序中的重大作用。(2)社会市场经济的确立,基于德国本土的奥尔多自由主义、基督教与社会民主党的多元经济伦理思想融汇成一种经济秩序伦理。(3)剖析经济秩序伦理的四个层次,深化理解德国社会市场经济体制的特色。There is the constitutionally intrinsic relationship between social market economy and ethic of economic order with German characteristics. The essay discourses on this topic in the following three aspects： 1. German social market economy has its roots of cultural tradition and historical causation and it emphasizes the great role of state in establishing the economic order. 2. The establishment of social market economy is based on the ethic of economic order converged by pluralistic ideas of economic ethic coming from the indigenous Ordo-liberalism, Christianity and Social Democracy Party. 3. To analyze the four dimensions in the ethic of economic order is to understand thoroughly the characteristics of German system of social market economy.
