摘　　要：超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇(PEI)是一种有效的肝癌微创治疗方法。随着人们对PEI的深入研究及广泛应用,PEI技术也日益成熟,并开始强调量化治疗及个别化治疗,从而大大提高了治疗效果,显示了PEI在治疗肝癌方面的良好的应用前景。Ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection （PEI） is a minimally invasive and effective treatment of hepatic carcinoma. With the extensive application and in-depth research, PEI technology has been advanced and PEI quantified treatment and individualized treatment have been stressed for the treatment. Thereby the therapeutic effect was greatly improved, and PEI may be more applicable in the field of the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
